Do you have a storefront?

Taste of Pensacola is an online retailer and small business. We do not operate a physical storefront. All orders are processed online or through custom invoices for bulk and corporate gifting.

Where do your products come from?

We partner with locally owned makers, artisans, and small businesses across the Pensacola and Gulf Coast region.
Vendors marked with an asterisk (*) are Florida Cottage Food Operations, legally permitted to produce certain food items from their home kitchens.

How can I contact you?

We do not have a call center, but you may reach us at (850) 696-6778‬. If we miss your call, please leave a message and we’ll return it as soon as possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup at Cordova Mall in Pensacola.
After placing your order, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time and provide the exact meetup location.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery is available only for corporate orders of 5 or more gifts.
Please email Gifts@tasteofpensacola.com to arrange delivery and receive a custom invoice.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! For orders of 5 or more gifts, we can ship to several recipients.
Please email Gifts@tasteofpensacola.com and we’ll prepare a custom invoice and collect your address list.

When will my holiday order ship?

All Holiday Collection items begin shipping Friday, December 5th.
Orders placed after that date ship within 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size.
To avoid shipping fees, consider our free local pickup at Cordova Mall.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes — we specialize in bulk and corporate gifting, and can curate custom gifts for businesses, events, and organizations.

Can I order a single custom gift box?

Custom curation is available for bulk orders only.
Individual shoppers may purchase from our pre-curated collections.

Can I include a personalized message?

Absolutely. You may enter a gift message at checkout or email us at Gifts@tasteofpensacola.com after placing your order.

Are your food products safe for allergies?

Products may be produced in facilities that also process nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, or other allergens.
If you have dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because our gift boxes include food items and small-batch goods, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours to Gifts@tasteofpensacola.com, and we’ll make it right.
