REFUNDS

We will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund prior to processing your order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you purchased a product at full price, and the price is reduced within 7 days of your original date of purchase, we will honor a request for adjustment.

Initiate A Return

All sales are final once the gift leaves the Taste of Pensacola warehouse. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can send the item you consider defective or damaged by processing a return on our website.
